Dorita cooking in her kitchen

Our story

Dorita's Kitchen started with one recipe and a whole lot of love

Dorita grew up in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where food is the love language of our family. When she moved to Australia, she brought her traditional Bolivian recipes with her — and a dream to share the bold, vibrant flavours of Bolivian cuisine with the people of her new home Australia . What started as cooking for family, friends and neighbours became a food truck, and that food truck became a community. Every dish we serve is made from scratch, with the same care and passion that Dorita has put into every meal.
