Our story

From Cochabamba to your plate

A food truck built on family recipes, bold flavours, and a whole lot of love for Bolivia.

Dorita in her kitchen

How it all began

Dorita grew up in Cochabamba, Bolivia — a city famous for its food culture, its warmth, and its people. From a young age, she learned to cook at her mother's side, mastering the recipes that had been passed down through generations: the slow-cooked fillings of salteñas, the crispy perfection of pasteles, the hearty comfort of silpancho.

When Dorita moved to Australia, she brought those recipes with her. She cooked for friends, for neighbours, for anyone who would sit at her table. The response was always the same — people wanted more. They wanted to know what they were eating, where it came from, and how they could have it again.

That's when the idea of a food truck was born. Not just a way to sell food, but a way to share a culture — to bring the streets of Cochabamba to the streets of Sydney, one golden pastry at a time.

What we stand for

Made from scratch

Every dish is prepared fresh each day using traditional techniques and quality ingredients. No shortcuts, no compromises.

Rooted in tradition

Our recipes come from Dorita's family kitchen in Cochabamba. We honour them with every batch we make.

Community first

We're not just a food truck — we're part of the communities we serve. We love the markets, the festivals, and the people who keep coming back.
